BS-2640 Rainbow Fill
A one-component, paintable and flexible, premium quality acrylic sealant formulated for sealing of
gaps and joints where slight movement or vibration causes conventional, non-elastic fillers and
putties to crack and fall out. It had good adhesion to most porous surfaces without primer and is
economy yet environmental friendly that can be cleaned up with water. It uses the clear cartridge
to enable the user to choose the color that matches their building materials
Product Description
Application Direction:
1. Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dirt, grease, oil or water.
2. Cut nozzle at 45° angle to desired bread-width and apply to substrate with cartridge gun.
3. Apply the sealant in a continuous bead using enough pressure to properly fill the joint.
4. Tooling time is 20 minutes, tack-free time is 30 minutes. Allow to skin for 1 hour before applying
water-based paint and 24 hours for oil-based paints.
5. Uncured sealant can be cleaned up with damp cloth
